BC Paraplegic Association releases web page of Wheelchair curling

Did you know wheelchair curling is the newest sport in the Paralympic Winter Games Programme?

Do you want to experience the sport of wheelchair curling for the first time or if you are fairly new to the sport?

CAN Curl More is hosting a clinic on January 31, 2012 from 1-5pm at the Langley Curling Club for those of you that are interested.

CAN Curl is a first contact introduction to floor curling for individuals with a disability. Using specialized indoor curling equipment paired with additional adaptive equipment, participants are given an opportunity to try the tactical and strategic sport in a gym setting. The sessions are facilitator lead 45 minute to 2 hours in length.
