OCA Playdowns - Draw 4 - Completed

Who will go 3-0? This afternoon sees the top 2 teams so far go head to head. Mark Ideson faces Chris Rees in the top gam eof the afternoon. Both teams are 3-0 but Chris Rees's team has to be the story so far. The story began with the trip to the playdowns when lead and skip experienced major car troubles getting late (midnight ) the night before draw 1. The story moves on to see Chris Ree's come from behind in 2 games with magic 3 point steals to remain perfect. Now, this morning we learned that skipper Chris was very ill with a possible bladder infection and was unable to play. This left Carl Bax, long time third to move up and the other 2 players to pull up on the slack. A bit of a slow start saw this defending championship team remains calm and pulls another win, this time with only 3 players.
Can the fairy tale continue when they go up against what could be considered the top team of the playdowns so far in Ideson. Mike Munroe and Mark Ideson are both National team pool players and this advantage seems to be playing off. So does the private lessons they have had with Jim Armstrong over the last few months.
Should be a good one folks......
