vs 2 former gold medal teammates will be 2 of 3 teams playing it out this year for the right to play for BC at the National Championships in Ottawa in March!
Top player for Bc and Gold Medalist Gary Cormack (skip) will be joined by Frank LeBounty (3rd), Vince Miele (2nd) and Allison Duddy (lead). This team has won the show before and is a team which has been just that a "Team for a number of years now.
They will face off against another Gold medlist in Gerry Austgarden (skip), joined by 2 x Gold medalist Sonja Guadet (3rd), Mark Peeren (2nd), Pat Ryan (lead) and Brandon Perger (5th)
Austgarden was recently cut from the top 8 Natioanl team pool players but has Sonja won once again made the team in what will be her 6 apperance at worlds in Sochi.
They both will face Rich Green (Skip), Bob McDonald (3rd), Ellis Tull (2nd), Corinne Jenson (Lead) and Sam Siu (5th)
The 3 teams will meet over 3 days, Jan. 25 to Jan. 27 at the Nanaimo Curling Club.
