The Canadian team — skip Jim Armstrong (Cambridge, Ont.), third Dennis Thiessen (Sanford, Man.), second Ina Forrest (Armstrong, B.C.), lead Sonja Gaudet (Vernon, B.C.), alternate Mark Ideson (London, Ont.) and coach Joe Rea (Prince George, B.C.) — is on the shortlist for the International Paralympic Committee’s (IPC) Athlete of the month award.

Canadian curling fans are strongly urged to cast their votes for the winners at www.Paralympic.org.
The Canadian team won gold at the Wheelchair Worlds on Feb. 23 in Sochi, Russia, with a win over Sweden in the final, giving our country its third world title in the past four championships.

Again, Chris Daw what is the value of posting such a comment. It's hateful and has no subtance to it, except to fuel negativity. I don't care how many posts you don't print that you say are worse, but publishing this weightless opinion is not beneficial to this great sport. It's one thing to make negative feedback through constructive criticisms, but to just say "i think I'm going to be ill" is childish and is rooted in nothing but hatred and jealousy. And you as the moderator should use better judgement in what you post. I'm not saying not to publish anything negative, but enough with all the negative attacks that are personal. Yes people have targets on them, but just to hate for the saking of hating, that's not right.
I think I will take a break from reading your blog. It's becoming "tabloid" like with more and more personal attacks hidden by anonyomous posters than substance or information. Are you brave enough to stop posting such "gossipy" news and maybe lose a few readers, but stick to real news and be a class act. It's your choice I guess, I hope you make the classy one.
