ENTRY FEE

£170 per Team

 

CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT

The championship will be played by mixed gender teams.

Entry is limited to 12 teams

Each team will play 6 matches. Made up of 5 group matches, 4 play-off matches for teams in 3^rd,4^th,5^th & 6^th place in each section, 2 semi-finals, final & 3^rd 4^th play-off.

2 matches will be played per day. Make the semi-final you will have 3 matches on the last day.

1st match 2.30pm Sunday - Tournament finish by 8pm Tuesday

8 ends or the Bell will be played

 

TRANSPORT

 

Transport can be arranged from your arrival airport to hotel and between hotel and ice rink if required. To provide transport during your stay we would require you to include £100 deposit with your entry fee. The remaining cost for transport to be paid directly by each team to the driver.

CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES 30^TH SEPTEMBER 2014

 

Teams will be informed if their entry has been accepted no later than 14th OCTOBER 2014.

 

Draw will be sent by 30^th November 2014

 

Please note that event organisers reserve the right to select the field for their tournament in the event of oversubscription.
