Sunday morning at the HIE fitness center. Nice day to recover and get ready for t practice session on ice tomorrow. Alileen, Gregor, Robert, Tom and Gill had a good night sleep and thank everyone for their support through Kinross last week and look forward to another competition here in Richmond, BC.
